01 Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information ARlogs ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using ARlogs you consent to the practices described here.
02 Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account details — username, email address, and phone number when you sign up;
- Wallet activity — top-ups, order charges, and balances;
- Order records — services ordered, rented numbers, received codes, timestamps;
- Support messages — when you contact us, we keep the conversation for reference.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (standard server logs);
- Session cookies that keep you signed in.
03 How We Use Information
- To provide the Service — renting numbers, delivering codes, processing wallet payments;
- To secure your account and detect fraud or abuse;
- To respond to support requests;
- To improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.
04 Sharing & Disclosure
We share the minimum necessary information only with:
- Upstream number providers — required to fulfil your orders (service and country codes only; they never see your identity);
- Payment processors — to process wallet top-ups;
- Authorities — only when legally compelled by a valid court order or to protect against fraud and abuse.
05 Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, restricted database access, and least-privilege server configurations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
06 Data Retention
- Order records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution;
- Support conversations are kept for up to 12 months;
- Server logs are rotated automatically after 30 days;
- When you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed within 30 days, except where the law requires retention.
07 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and NDPR), you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your account and associated data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We respond within 30 days.
08 Cookies
We use only essential cookies: session authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
09 Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
